The Fifth Annual  LeucadiART Walk 

     Another Huge Success

Leucadia 101 Main Street would like to thank all the artists who participated in the fifth annual LeucadiART Walk on Sunday, Aug. 30th as well as the hard working volunteer committee who spent many, many hours planning the event and the volunteers who helped out at the event itself.

 It was great to see how many businesses took advantage of the event and had sidewalk sales or offered "LeucadiART Walk Specials" for the day.  It seemed that everyone enjoyed this community event, despite the heat!

Many thanks to all the merchants who donated to the opportunity drawing and to the artists who donated original art for the drawing. And a special thanks goes to Gerry Sova, owner of Capn Keno's, for donating  close to 2,000 bottles of ice cold water for the event and gave free of charge to the public.  Gerry personally drove back and forth all day long restocking the tubs with ice and bottles of water at all the art locations.  Thank You Gerry for your community spirit and generosity!
