Workshop Schedule 

ENCINITAS TO HOLD THE SECOND COMMUNITY WORKSHOP

FOR THE

NORTH COAST HIGHWAY 101 STREETSCAPE  PROJECT

 

 The City initiated a streetscape project to enhance the North Coast Highway 101 corridor.  Community input is being utilized to create design concepts for beautification, landscape, pedestrian, circulation, and parking improvements for an approximate two mile stretch of North Coast Highway 101 (A Street to La Costa Avenue) and to provide a detailed design for the southerly segment extending approximately ½ mile (A Street to North Court).

 Workshop #2: 

 When:             Thursday, May 29, 2008           6- 8 pm

Where:            Encinitas City Hall                  505 S. Vulcan Ave.

 

This workshop will include presentations by the consultants as well as time for input by the community.  Alternative concept plans based on citizen input received at the first workshop will be presented.

 The public is encouraged to attend the workshop to be active participants.  The public involvement is key to the ultimate design of the North Coast Highway 101 Streetscape.
