Janet Lawless Christ returns as this year’s title sponsor of Leucadia 101 Main Street’s 18 Arts Alive Banners. Janet is a North County realtor and artist herself. Her love for Leucadia and its creativity run deep, “Leucadia is a magnet for me and I find Leucadia to be a place of solace. I am truly honored to support public art in Encinitas because the arts support our souls!” Janet, who is ranked in the top 1% internationally for the Coldwell Banker Presidential Premiere, often combines her love of realty and art, transforming open houses into art shows for local artists; proudly displaying their unique work for her clients to see — no doubt allowing them to fall even more in love with their future home.
This year’s Arts Alive artists are:
Steve Burrows of Burrito Art
Janice Erickson Nolan
Matt Hayward of Chovy Art
