FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Calling All Green Thumb, Trowel Carrying Leucadians
LEUCADIA‹On Saturday March 11th, Leucadia 101 Main Street will be planting the area around our new Welcome to Leucadia entry sign that will be installed on the west side of North Coast Hwy 101, just south of La Costa Blvd on March 8th. New landscaping will also be added to the location to enhance the northern entryway to Encinitas, and volunteers are needed to help plant the 300 plus draught tolerant plants.
The fun begins at 8:30 a.m., rain or shine. Volunteers will need to bring their own long handled shovel, hand trowel, gloves, kneeling pad, and drinking water and wear comfortable clothes and shoes. The area to plant is approximately 10 feet by 100 feet. If we have a good turnout, it won't take long to do. Please join in Leucadia's history in the making. It's only dirtŠCAN YOU DIG IT?
If interested, please call the Leucadia Main Street office at 760-436-2320 or e-mail: paula@leucadia101.com by March 1st.
