Martinez & Associates has been consulting and educating agencies and hospitals on health care issues since 1983. The founder of Martinez & Associates, Sylvia Martinez, RN, MAed, has been a successful nurse and clinician, educator and facilitator since obtaining her California BRN license in 1969 at the age of 19. Ms. Martinez established this consulting and educating practice to share her 34 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing, emergency department nursing, hospice nursing, as well as her vast knowledge in education within the health care system.

The goal of Martinez & Associates is to help health care providers, related agencies, and attorneys meet the challenge of providing safe, current and ethical services in today's health care environment of managed care and its increasing costs.
